I’ve been a local pastor for almost 30 years now, mostly as lead pastor but also eight years as a Worship pastor. I’m jazzed about growing churches. I’ve been part of growing churches most of my ministry, though there have also been setbacks which were learning opportunities.

It is through dialogue that churches can achieve unity. I hope to be involved in such dialogues through this blog. I’ll be passing along resources I’ve come across and share some of the strategies that have helped churches be vibrant and alive.

I enjoy playing and listening to all kinds of music, and I'm currently studying jazz and blues piano licks to incorporate into my playing. I drive a 1966 Dodge Charger that I'm in the process of restoring, I have two grown adult children and four beautiful grandaughters, all of whom live in Colorado.

I’ve climbed out of the debt pit, and am debt free, able to invest in a number of areas. Interest and debt drive me crazy. It creates so much stress and drains away a persons resources, so I’ll be discussing some of the things I’ve done to become debt free.
